Here at Good Shepherd, we strive to be an equipping church.

What is an equipping church? An equipping church is where people serve together according to their gifts and calling to transform lives (Ephesians 4:11-13). The Equipping Team offers “PLACE” Workshops on a regular basis to help facilitate the goals of equipping.

PLACE

is the tool that we use at Good Shepherd to help individuals access through various tools how and where they may best serve God, within and outside the congregation. The letters of PLACE represent:
P = Personality Discovery
L = Learning Spiritual Gifts
A = Abilities Awareness
C = Connecting Passion with Ministry
E = Experiences
